Team Speak 3 Changes

everybody , we are having some changes in Team Speak 3 .

The {FWE}Team Speak 3 is a registered version accepting 500 + people so we have decided to utilize Team Speak 3's capacity.

The best Hardware to use would be Logitech USB, however any usb headset will work.
