Bann System Running Or Not

all the last couple of weeks we have had banns down and not running and so far things are looking pretty good not  to many hackers in server 2 but however in server 1 we have had a hackers a day testing there hacks.
Pro's and Con's to this. The Pro's are we get the latest in hacks testing and  have videos to study on what to look for.And players that have caused issues in the past get to play the server and justify what has happened in the past if they speak up and get removed from the ban list so this does have it positives. The Con's they just hack and cause issues.
Server 1 banns are back in place.Server 2 we will continue with our campaign till we have to reinstate banns.hopefully the Pro's will out weigh the Con's.
INTERNAL BANNS
Internal bans are being implemented for players that have  repeatedly abused the server and its players.   
What does this mean.When the server is shut down for what ever the reason  the bans are automatic and bans are back in effect when the server restarts automatically.
