why is it that when my mouse is aiming rite on some one and follows them that they arent hert at all! no matter how much i practice or move it doesn't help at all!

every one! I am seting up Eyefinity /3 monitors . Eyefinity is where you can hook up 3 monitors and make one image ( like hoots did ) I have one 24 inch samsung monitor and i am going to get two more 24 inch samsung monitors .   guys! i am making myself a home theater and i am getting two more computer screens and i am wondering what is a good video card to get ?...
One that is good or great but not very very high priced. so i  mite get the same video card i have or if some one comes up with a better idea that would be great so
any ideas would be Awesome!  tanks guys!!!
