I asked a question in the middle of Crytek forum kindom. It seem Crytek did not aswer the question addressed directly to them but tons of Crytek and Crysis fans did by saying more than likely not. The Cryengine does not need an independance GPU as it is self dependent.

Nice work!! This will provide a little info for those that are interested
They need to incorporate it in all the software developed. The more things are engineered into the program the better we are as the gamer. Performance is the primary reason we want to incorporate the physics into the games kernel.
