Here is the hacker I found.
Name: IZI-Wingtip
Time and date: About at 18:15-18:30 p.m.
Server:{FWE} Test (map Savana)
Hacks used: fly hack, unlimited cloack hack, double or triple damage hack, fast reload hack, and name tag hack.

He got owned pretty bad lol :D.
