ive been doing alota research and i found some info about intel's new sandy bridge-e and socket 2011 possibly the prices for them to it would be somewhere between $300-$1000 these processors are to be released somewhere in november

the core i7 3820 is the cheapest $300.00
the core i7 3930k is gunna be about $600.00
the core i7 3960x extreme edition is about $999.00

Nice work, However these are not Evan on the market yet ,Yet still to come all Reviews , testing , compatibility testing ETC has to be done  / or is in progress , also keep in mind you want new products to be out for at least a year before purchasing or you might find yourself spending allot of money for a computer that does not meet your needs.

from what i read about it i think the 3960x is suppose to be 47% faster then 990x
